My journey

From Sound Waves to Soul Healing: My Journey to this Work.

I wasn't always a healer. I came to this work through a period of burnout, when traditional methods weren't reaching the root cause of my exhaustion.

It was a Reiki session that finally helped me feel at home in my body again. When I added sound—especially Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks—I realized vibration could reach places that words, and even touch, couldn't.

My approach

I am intuitive, grounded, and scientifically-minded. I don't believe in fixing you; I believe in reminding your body how to heal itself. I combine the ancient wisdom of Usui Reiki with modern frequency therapy to create a bridge between the physical and the energetic.
